Acceptance of Agreement

These TruRace Terms of Service, together with the TruRace Participant Rulebook and the TruRace Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern your access to and use of the TruRace platform and your participation in any TruRace competition, heat, leaderboard, or prize activity. Please read the entire Agreement carefully. It contains important provisions that affect your legal rights, including an assumption of risk, a release and waiver of claims (including claims based on the negligence of TruRace), a disclaimer of warranties, a limitation of liability, an indemnification obligation, and a binding arbitration provision and class action waiver.

By creating a TruRace account, purchasing or paying for a membership, registering for or participating in any TruRace heat, competition, or activity, clicking "I agree" (or a similar control), or otherwise accessing or using the TruRace platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the entire Agreement, and you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Agreement, do not access or use the platform and do not participate in any TruRace activity.
